Scope of service
Local Double Bay Locksmith Service provides locksmith and property-access assistance within the service areas published on this website, during our stated operating hours (8:00am – 10:00pm). Attendance and availability are confirmed on a per-job basis when you contact us.
Identification and authority
We may require proof of occupancy, ownership or written authority before carrying out entry, lock removal or keying work. This protects you, your property and us; we may decline any job where authority cannot be reasonably established.
Assessment and pricing
Work is assessed on site. Where a job differs materially from what was described, we will explain the change and agree the way forward with you before continuing. This website does not publish fixed prices, and no figure quoted verbally without assessment should be treated as final.
Limits of locksmith work
Locksmithing improves access hardware; it is not a guarantee against intrusion, and it is not a substitute for building certification, compliance inspection or insurance advice. Where an issue is beyond locksmith scope, we will say so plainly.
