What this website collects

This website does not create accounts, run its own analytics, place advertising cookies, or store enquiry submissions on a server. The enquiry form composes a message in your own email application and sends it directly to us — the details you provide travel by email, not through this site.

The embedded Google Map on our location and contact pages loads content from Google. If you view the map, Google may process data under its own privacy policy; the map is disabled from collecting anything on our behalf.

Information you give us

When you call, email or submit an enquiry, we receive the contact details and situation description you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out locksmith work, and keep records reasonably required for our business.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your information. Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed for service delivery and legitimate business records, and can be deleted on request.
